Our hair is one of the most important part of our body besides face.
To make sure that our hair is healthy enough, we should use some suitable ways to let us own bright and black hair. However, in today’s world, more and more people make their hair unhealthy because of the stress pressure, unhealthy diet, wrong way of treating hair, and so on. We must do something now to protect our hair.

First of all,EMEDA Staff suggest you keep yourself healthy. It’s important for you to eat enough green vegetables and fruit. A balanced diet can easily help you make your body in good health. Also, it would be wise of you to drink at least 8 glasses of water each day, for it can make your body keep enough water.
After a long day’s hard-work, EMEDA suggest you need to have a rest, so does your hair. Girls can brush your hair slowly and carefully every day. Also, you may relax yourself by listening to music.
City air is dirty, EMEDA suggest it might be better wash your hair twice or three times a week. Before washing, brush your hair carefully to loosen any dirt. You also need to be gentle with your hair, never rub it too quickly. Remember, donnot use your hairdryer too much, for it can hurt your hair.
